Events
Structure and context for every deployment.
Events are staged at Venues, with power provisioned in Zones — each containing power sources, storage, and Loads. Every Event has a Map showing the layout of its Zones and equipment. Each one begins as a plan built before load-in, and that structure stays constant through show days and closeout. Role-based access is part of it, so each organization sees only its own equipment and reports.
Maps
Spatial context for every site.
Maps have layers, so Zones and equipment can be viewed flexibly alongside CAD diagrams and aerial drone imagery, with easy navigation for reaching any piece of equipment on site. Within Maps, equipment can be specified and provisioned directly, and during an event, operational details and status are available as messages with intelligent remediation, or as aggregated reports.
Reports
Evidence for cost, carbon, and shortfalls.
Reports turn telemetry into evidence, not estimates: delivered, unserved, and surplus power stay three distinct quantities, and cost and carbon claims are published only when they qualify. Because every Report is scoped to the same Zones the Event was planned with, the plan remains the baseline.
Telemetry
Automatic tracking for every Device you manage.
GreenSparks runs cloud and on-premises agents that monitor the status of all compatible power equipment. Environmental factors such as local weather and equipment availability are also monitored. This feeds into reports and messaging.
Detect & Resolve
Know what's wrong, and what to do about it.
A rules engine watches the operational record for real problems as they emerge, rather than thresholding a single signal. Each finding is linked to a ranked set of likely causes and paired with investigation guidance drawn from the data behind it, so operators go straight to fixing the problem instead of working out what it is.
