People, Profiles, and Permissions
Explain the People page as a Cognito user-management view showing users, email verification, admin approval, user properties, and deletion controls. Explain Edit Profile separately: name, phone number, password change, forgot-password path, and account deletion. Note that access to user-management actions depends on backend permissions.
